Positive: The hotel building is beautiful, surrounded by great nature, and my room was incredibly spacious, bright, and clean. I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa; the facilities are excellent, and the spa staff were so caring and attentive. I also have to commend the dedicated guest relations representative, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay

Negative: I was very disappointed with the food, which did not reflect the overall caliber of the hotel. Breakfast was the biggest issue. The meals lacked basic freshness and flavor, and several hot food items were served cold. Additionally, the tea and coffee were of surprisingly low quality, lacking any fresh aroma or taste. Overall, the culinary experience was a significant letdown

Positive: This hotel was like top tier for us. I have stayed tens of hotels from UK to Pakistan but this kind of service, I have never seen before. Elmi, this man called us couple hours in advance of our check in and told me all the necessary details and when we arrived he meet us in front of the hotel and guided us during our whole trip. All the restourants, facilities especially pool was amazing. Hundred percent recommended!

Negative: There is nothing we did not like about this hotel.

Positive: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and maintained at a high standard. Overall, the service was excellent. The restaurant also left a great impression — the food was delicious, and the breakfast in particular was varied and of high quality. Overall, everything was at a very good level, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others

Positive: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and caring, and special thanks to Aytaj khanum who made our stay effortless, pleasant, and truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful! We will definitely come again. We loved both the hotel itself and all the available leisure and entertainment options, as well as the excellent cuisine in the restaurants.
