You can fish from your own backyard or be on the lake in under 5 minutes. Lake Istokpoga is Florida's 5th largest lake and loaded with trophy fish. Our home is the perfect choice for the serious angler & nature lover. This lake has quality fishing for black crappie (specks) and one of the highest largemouth bass catch rates in the state! There are also bluegill, catfish, and shell cracker!
When you’re not fishing our home has a full kitchen – 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 – 1.5 baths – cable TV - WIFI – fenced yard – covered boat house w/electronic lift – DVD collection – gas grill – washer/dryer – linens and soaps provided for up to a week!
It's perfect for tournament pre-fishing or a weekend get-a-way! Winters are perfect in FL and with a fishing pole in hand...it just got better!
2 Night Stay Minimum. Dogs considered - no puppies or aggressive breeds. Non-Smoking.

Summary: 7 days was cheaper than the 6 we needed so check to see if they still have the weekly rate and they had more stuff as far as pans, plates, silverware, toaster, DVDs… than I have in my own house. So check the cupboards if you need something.

Summary: Walked in and just felt so comfortable and welcomed. Very clean, everything was provided. Being right on the canal with the boat house was really convenient. Was supposed to go in September but due to hurricanes we had to reschedule and the host was so easy to work with. Communication was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Summary: Good, Timely communication from property manager. House as described, close to boat ramp, boat lift worked great. House was tidy and clean. Starter packs of all items needed (coffee, paper towels, etc.) were unexpected and a nice touch. Brothers and I enjoyed a quick weekend get away. Good access to lake, was nice to keep the boat on the water.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. Walk into a very inviting, cozy yet plenty of room home right on the canal. Super peaceful and quiet at the end of the canal. Literally 2 minutes from the dock to the lake and about 7 minutes to the boat ramp via car and boat. Home is very clean with everything you would need for your stay. The owner is a phone call away if for any reason you would need anything at all. Susie stayed in ťouch with us often before check-in to make sure everything went smooth. Super nice and kind person. I would highly suggest this place to stay.

Summary: Awesome stay in a really peaceful place. Great space with lots of room to stretch out. Everything you need is supplied and the house is very clean. Susie was amazing with cimmunication beforehand, answering any questions, and making sure everything is perfect for your stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe, and awesome fishing right out back (lots of panfish, and turtles come to visit you too). Our experience was great and we could ask for anything more. Dont hesitate to book and be ready to relax, fish, and be extra comfy for your entire stay.

Summary: From start to finish our time staying at this home was outstanding. The property owner was in contact well before our schedule time, informing me of any details and even a current fishing report. The home was spotless and very clean. All beds were very comfortable and great A/C witch is nice after fishing these hot days. The location is perfect very close to the boat ramp too. I only regret is I’d wished we had booked our stay longer, this place is the best.
