Positive: We stayed here for three nights and had such a great time. The whole property is beautifully decorated with a strong artistic feel, making it a great place if you enjoy taking photos. The room was warm, quiet, and very comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our stay. After how good the first dinner was, we decided to eat here for the next two nights as well, everything was delicious, and Brian made the evenings even nicer by explaining the ingredients and sharing his knowledge. Brian was incredibly kind and even drove us into town, telling us about the local sights and history on the way. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with lots of choice and very fresh ingredients. Overall, a truly lovely stay and we would absolutely recommend it.

Positive: Bastide Bellegarde was an unexpected treasure and truly the highlight of our trip to southern France. From the moment we arrived, Brian made us feel so welcome and relaxed. He even upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained grounds with unique and interesting decor, just a few minutes from Avignon’s city center. There aren’t many rooms in the home, so if offers a more intimate setting for the guests. Every meal we had was outstanding; Brian offered dinner each night that was delicious and thoughtfully repaired, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. This was such a unique and special experience that we will never forget, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We can’t wait to return and to share this place with our friends and loved ones. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

Positive: Wonderful place full of arts and classy vintage decoration. Very positive atmosphere and the service has been spectacular, we felt like home, Brian treated us very well. The breakfast is impressive with a wide selection of cheese, ham, salami, fresh juice, etc. We want to come back in this place!

I considered not leaving any review because I don’t want this jewel to be overrun but that’s not fair to a fantastic host. The dinners and breakfasts are so good! My room was incredible and I loved the property.

Positive: The property is a charming villa, beautifully decorated with unique art work and tastefully done. The pool was a welcome treat on the days it was very hot. The host and owner, Brian was simply outstanding in every way. Attentive and making sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and dinner in the evenings were delicious and presented beautifully. The location is good for day trips in the countryside or to visit Avignon’s centre. Truly delightful experience.
