Positive: Perfect oasis away from the crowded streets of Ubud. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I really liked the breakfast options and the fact that they cook it in front of you fresh. All the staff was so helpful and amazing, special thanks to Dayu, who helped me a lot with my travel plans in Bali. I also met the owner and his wife who were also very welcoming and recommended some great options.

Negative: I would suggest improving the sounds isolation of the rooms, as my room was close to the dining/arrival area, it was sometimes noisier. Also, I was missing some basic ammenities in the room like body lotion, cotton swabs, tissues.

Positive: Beautiful place with nice comfy beds and good breakfast. The location is great for exploring Ubud...just 10 minutes from the city center. There are some excellent restaurants located a walking distance from Basundari. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Busundari is peaceful and beautiful. The property itself is charming and clean. The yoga shala is absolutely stunning- you are just entirely surrounded by the forrest. There also is a sauna and cold plunge. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had a couple of options as well as the choice to personalise it to your liking. There also is the option of having lunch or dinner at the property where you can order anything you’d like a day in advance. The staff was lovely, easy to contact and very quick to respond to any requests.

Negative: It is about 15mins from the city centre but very easy to order a ride (via grab etc).
