Summary: We were there for the races, great proximity to the track. Wonderful views, our host Andy and Amanda were most helpful with all our need. The house provided us with all our needs, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property, everything was clean and tidy. Very hot weekend but inside was lovely and cool. Beautiful outlook. We were unable due to time to explore the property more. However our girls enjoyed trying to feed the Alpacas, which the owners left hay/grass for us and brought them up to the pasture next to the house so we could meet them. Fantastic stay. Thankyou

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay. So many birds and wonderful views of the country, but only 15 minutes to Bathurst. The alpacas were a calm presence who reminded us that dramas are not evident in Evans Plains

Summary: We have stayed in Bathurst the weekend before Christmas for many years and we all agree this was our best accommodation choice so far. The house was perfect for our needs and well equipped . The view over Evans Plain is stunning, made all the better by an electrical storm in the evening. Communication with Amanda and Andy was excellent and very clear instructions on how to get to house and information about house. Birdlife and alpacas were very popular with family. We would love to return.

Summary: Lovely home with everything we needed and more. The large outdoor area was stunning. The inside was very comfortable. Andy and Amanda were very friendly and obliging - nothing was too much trouble.

Summary: Having 2 families staying it was fantastic that we could find out own space when needed. Lovely cottage with plenty of charm. Comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen, two bathrooms and a fire pit! What more could you ask for - oh that’s right AMAZING scenery.

Summary: Spectacular view from the deck, bathrooms recently renovated. Beds were comfy and house was spacious. Fire pit not in use during our stay but would be amazing in winter. Would have liked some milk in the fridge on arrival but other than that it is a lovely place to stay for a weekend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the property while visiting family in Bathurst for Christmas. We were very comfortable, the house is big, the views were beautiful. Highly recommend- there were five of us and we all had plenty of room.
