Summary: Highly recommended ! The room was clean & fresh, with a very comfortable bed. Own little patio area was nice to sit out & view the Gulf. The grounds were well kept with various plants and trees. Pool was great, without the usual overdosing of chlorine. Great sunset view . Friendly and helpful staff & owners. Overall very happy 😊 with our stay & plan on staying here again !

Summary: The property is exactly what you are looking for if you want a real GEM…. The views are delightful, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the staff are top-notch…& the complimentary freshly delicious baked scones daily are an absolute joy! We certainly will be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Summary: The property is well-kept. Gradens were beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing- and had some shade! The beach area was nice, sandy, able to swim of the resort shoreline. The room was clean, spacious (unit 16). The staff was really friendly and helpful. The homemade scones each morning (6 flavors to choose from!!) were delicious! Made good use of their free kayaks. Saw dolphins and manatees while kayaking.

Summary: Love that is was family owned and the owners we visible, helpful and very easy to talk two. The property was extremely clean and it was a nice touch for you to be able to use complimentary kayaks. The pool was heated and the views from the beach and dock were very nice. Got some nice sunset pics. Short drives to restaurants and bars.

Summary: Friendly, hospitable staff and beautifully landscaped grounds. Complimentary coffee and Peg's scones for breakfast. Peg offers a different variety of scones each day. The scones are the best you'll ever eat!

Summary: Nice property with lots of trees and a small beach. The staff were attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the location is convenient, close to a grocery store. Downsides were some road noise at night, a strong chemical smell in the room at first (which improved after housekeeping cleaned the floor), and limited breakfast options beyond scones. Overall, a solid 4/5 and a decent place to stay.

Summary: This place was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Peg and her staff were a delight and very personable. The scones for breakfast every day were amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the keys.
