2 Bedroom Condo in Upper Grand Lagoon, Panama City Beach

We recently purchased this 2 bedroom, two full bath unit to use as a family or couples get away. Girls weekend is also a popular choice! This place is amazing! A first-rate contractor was hired who did an excellent job of making this a PREMIER condo at Bay Point.
The unit includes high quality carpet in both bedrooms with solid bamboo flooring in the living/dining area. The entire condo has been re-trimmed and beautiful wainscoting was installed in the entry and foyer as well as crown molding throughout. All appliances and light fixtures have been replaced and are modern and new. There are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room equipped with Roku technology to access all your favorite programs. A gorgeous leather sectional can be found in the living room area and may be slept on by one adult or two small children.
You will love the local art work hanging on every wall, including "photo-on-canvas," a heavy oil painting over the dining room table, and a "redfish on wood" made out of bottle caps. An artist from Sarasota Fl. designed and custom built an impressive dinette set that also serves as a wine storage cabinet . ... feel free to enjoy a bottle on us!
Both bedrooms include high high-end mattresses (a king in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest bedroom) as well as very comfortable linens, towels and pillows. Custom made rugs add a special touch to our unit. The Master bedroom includes a fabulous porch/balcony overlooking the huge lagoon pool and the gorgeous Bay. Believe me, you will be spending a lot of time out there...the view is outstanding!
Our family has a history of being in the Florida restaurant business and we know what's needed in the kitchen. Here you will find a Keurig and regular coffee maker as well as all the right pots and pans and key spices. There is also washer and dryer in the unit.
The property grounds and amenities cannot be overstated. We are surrounded by a top rated golf course that includes areas for bike riding or perhaps just a leisurely stroll. The Bay itself offers many opportunities for fun, including pontoons, fishing, kayaking and jet skis. Our favorite: sitting on the gorgeous boardwalk watching the sun set while boats come in off the Gulf. The Lagoon pool at our property is enormous and the area features a hot tub, a separate heated pool(in season) , tables abd cabanas, an outdoor kitchen with two grills and a Fire Pit. Be sure to take advantage of The Serenity Spa services including morning yoga classes located on the 1st floor directly below our unit..

Summary: I can't say enough about not only the property, but the owners as well are above par. They really thought of everything down to the little jar of chocolates in the kitchen. We could not want for more in a place to stay. Was very roomy for our family and soooo relaxing. Absolutely recommend a stay here and was convenient in both directions for all our plans. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: This property was hands down the best place we’ve ever rented. Perfectly clean and amazing location. Everything was just as pictured and gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a relaxing few days by the pool. The pool at this place was amazing as well. Most days we had it all to ourselves. Communication with the owner was great too. I can’t say enough about this condo. We will be going back for sure.

Summary: Loved our stay and the condo location. There was a dock that led to a little beach where the kids found several hermit crabs, sand dollars, and star fish. We had a blast and not too far from shopping at Pier Park and fun activities.

Summary: Great stay as always. My family and I have stayed in this unit several times. Mike is always responsive! Unit looks just like pictures. The cabanas were down and I assume being worked on so those weren’t available but still plenty of seating. My only suggestion is a blender would be a good appliance to have.

Summary: We loved everything about our stay! The views, pool, eat/drink spots, and even the proximity to Paradise Adventures for our amazing catamaran adventure. Beach is a quick 10 min drive and close to Schooners! The condo is in immaculate condition and well stocked - we all felt very comfortable and look forward to staying here again during future visits to PCB!
