Summary: We absolutely loved staying at this property. Our family had a place at bay point for over 50 years, we were anxious to be back on those beaches again! Staying at this property far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of towels for the pool/beach days. Master shower is very nice! The golf cart is a MUST! It was so much easier for us to haul everything for a toddler, infant, and adults to the beach! The only way to get in the resort to go to the shores to eat, or tiki for drinks is by golf cart. You can go on the main road and enter by the main office but if you don’t have a pass in the window they won’t allow you in. So I would add on the golf cart! Parking is very limited, but we found ways to make it work! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook meals every night, appliances are all very nice! Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated! We can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts for everything that is provided! We will definitely be back!

Summary: The house was impeccable and in a great location with the community pool in back and the lake only a short walk. We enjoyed fishing in the early mornings and playing games on the screened in porch in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I do wish it had be mentioned that construction was going on. Nearby streets were being paved and construction vehicles were passing by frequently during the week. While the majority of neighbors were very friendly, we did encounter a couple individuals with skeptical attitudes. We were questioned on several occasions about things like where we were parking and why we were using the neighbor's gas grill (which he invited us to use). Overall, our week at the house was relaxing and enjoyable.

Summary: Property was immaculate! Everything we needed for an amazing summer getaway! Waterview pool was great and baypoint amenities we’re fantastic. John was absolutely fantastic in communicating with us during our stay if we needed anything. We will be back!!

Summary: This is a hidden gem on the Lake! The villa is extremely nice. You have a pool & beach to enjoy the water. It also have a nice spot to get some fishing In as well as enjoy drinks and food at the restaurants. This is a wonderful location and I would not think twice about going back. The owners were always in communication for anything that was needed.

Summary: This new community in Bay Point is fabulous and was perfect for our 5 day stay~ extremely comfortable accommodations, nicely appointed, easy parking and walking distance to the community pool, Charlies Tiki Bar, the Shores restaurant & the Marina. John & Cheryl have considered everything to ensure a 5 star stay in their home and have surpassed any vrbo where we have stayed~ Highly recommend and hope to visit again!
