Summary: Very cute motel centrally located to enjoy Frankfort. It has been recently updated and the rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were VERY clean.

Summary: Besides Hotels screwing up my re reservation and booking me a 1 bed room when I had booked a 2 bed accommodation. Luckily where we were staying had an extra room that my friend could stay in. They are very cool and took care of us, which was greatly appreciated.

Summary: The room was cute, served its purpose. But with laminate floors, we tracked a lot of dirt in and around the room. A rug at the door would have been helpful. Also, there were some areas that could have used a little more cleaning attention (cobwebs near the base of the bed frame). Never saw any staff. There was a sign with a number to call, but it would have been nice to have a real human in the office during the day for quick questions.

Summary: Very clean, updated motel. I never saw a human except other guests. No ice machine. Small refrigerator and microwave both worked. No box of tissues. Basic for the price. Frankfort is a delightful town. This motel was near the edge of town.

Summary: Pylled in, and immediately realized I'd made a mistake. The property is not like the cheerful photos at all. Musty, very small room, too many disappointments to list, but it was clean enough to keep me from leaving. Would not return.

Summary: Pros: Room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. Looked freshly remodeled. Cons: bathroom layout and room furnishings were not well thought out for resident’s comfort. You cannot stand at the sink without your calves touching the toilet bowl. No vanity. Large people would not fit this room. No place to hang coats or clothing. Hard surface floor with no door mat and gravel drive made for gritty feet. Very poor overhead lighting. And, I’m not comfortable with a window in a motel door with no curtain .

Summary: decor was very nice. lost heat during night, it got down to 60. tried calling but no answer. Talked to a lady in morning and she stated heat was repaired day before. She offered refund or another future night stay. I chose the second option since we would like to come back in future. Unfortunately, I have not heard from them by email or phone. Also killed several small spiders in bathroom.

Summary: Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning.

Summary: Very simple, no flair, exactly what was need for the couple of nights away. Very clean. Don't expect a large bathroom, bedroom area because it's a definite 60's/70's motel that's been kept up very nicely! Downtown area is quite a few blocks but a very nice walk!
