Come stay in Frankfort! Discover Northern Michigan's beautiful coastline and all the activities it has to offer. Our house is perfect for four people looking for a getaway. Whether it be a weekend trip or week-long stay, Suite Baby James awaits your next adventure.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath home offers a warm and welcoming space inside and out. James is a single story home with a covered front and rear facing porch. Both bedrooms have a Casper memory foam queen size bed, with fresh white linens and a selection of pillows for your sleeping needs. The bedrooms also include open closet space with built-in shelving units. The spacious private master baths have custom tile showers and vanity space stocked with basic toiletries.
The decor is crisp, clean and eclectic. Boasting classic features with modern amenities. James is efficient and open in the common spaces, yet quiet and secluded in each of his master suites. This house has been designed specifically with you, the traveler, in mind.
The open concept kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and is stocked with an array of easy to locate dishes, pots, pans and everyday utensils. Central air conditioning and heat are available throughtout home. There is wifi. We provide both washer and dryer in the back entry for your use, as well as a large entry with storage for your beach supplies.
There are covered porches off of both the front and back of house with outdoor seating on each. A gas grill is provided. James is accessible both curbside and from the alley, private parking is available for multiple cars.
We absolutely love the location of this home. James is just around the corner from the downtown center; you can easily wander the Saturday farmer's market a few blocks away or take your coffee to the beach. This house will make your vacation in Northern Michigan an exciting new experience while still living like a local in a neighborhood that is an eclectic mix of full time residents and other travelers like yourself.
We are conveniently located 6 blocks from the local supermarket, 4 blocks from the downtown Frankfort shops, and 8 blocks from the city beach. Frankfort is close to Crystal Mountain, Point Betsie, numerous hiking and biking trails, and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.
This is a turn key vacation rental, we provide all pillows, linens, robes, bath towels as well as beach towels. Also provided are all soaps, detergents, shampoos, and conditioners. No pets allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Summary: The property was great. They layout, beds and 3! Bathrooms made everything easy. Communication with Lauren was on point. Also we enjoyed the fact that there’s no television. Made for great time to walk to the beach or play games.

Summary: If you come visit the lovely town of Frankfort you will want to stay here! Lauren and her husband have put so much work into this home and the attention to detail shows. They went above and beyond as hosts and have everything you need. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever had. Don’t think twice, book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Summary: We had a wonderful, relaxing time with friends at Suite Baby James in Frankfort. The place is within walking distance to town and Frankfort Beach. It is immaculate and we enjoyed listening to records in the living room in the evening. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning next summer.

Summary: This is a very, very nice rental. Conveniently located to downtown's shops and restaurants as well as the beach. It was very clean, well laid out, and the host had focused on many details to make our stay extra special. The house features two bedrooms - each with a large bathroom - that made our stay with another couple a great weekend. Each room boasts privacy with a shared living space. And the decor is beautiful. We'd stay again and would definitely recommend this wonderful rental.

Summary: Our family enjoyed staying at Suite Baby James! The house was spotless and perfect for our family of four. We loved the quick walk to the beach and downtown Frankfort, the proximity to the park for basketball and pickle ball and listening to all the records/ playing games every night. My teen boys and husband didn’t even miss a tv! Lauren was available at a moments notice to help if we needed anything too. Definitely would stay again!
