2 Bedroom Condo in Punta Rassa, Fort Myers

PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been completely restored following the damage incurred by Hurricane Ian. A mold clearance test was received for the unit.
However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until the end of 2023. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests.
The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Come and enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience in beautiful SW Florida.
The condo is fully equipped with new HD TV's in all the rooms and will sleep six people. The unit has free Wi-Fi high speed internet and cable TV with a large selection of stations. Four beach towels are provided with rental.
This unit was updated in a beach type theme that provides a very relaxing atmosphere with all the newest appliances and electronics.
The large master bedroom has a new king size bed with a beautiful, updated master bathroom that will ensure restful nights listening to the waves land on the beach below the unit.
The second bedroom offers an area for your guest or children with their own newly updated bathroom. If you want to cook in our new kitchen which has all the new accessories to help you cook that great meal and dine on the lanai while watching the boats and wildlife.
The breathtaking sunsets from your private screened balcony are both warm and inviting. Guests receive complimentary access to the condominium pool, private beach and the Resort's public restaurants and bar.
The master bedroom features a King Bed and the guest bedroom a Queen. The living room provide a full-size sleeper sofa for up to six guests.

Summary: We had a great time here! Very clean and updated, AMAZING location, loved the private beach. The beach there was better than any of the public beaches we went to. Perfect place to catch the sunset too. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Had a great stay at this condo! Was well Equipped with everything we needed. Pool and beach were both very nice. We walked right next door for 2 dinners at the Marriott which was super convenient. Spent lots of time on the screened balcony watching all the boat traffic.

Summary: The condo is exactly as described and pictured. We really enjoyed the nice touches like dish washing and laundry 'starter' supplies and a well-equipped kitchen (note, the coffee maker uses regular coffee grinds, not Keurig- not an issue but good to know when buying groceries). We recommend stopping at a nice, new Publix about 4 miles from the property on McGregor to load up on supplies. The bathrooms had hotel-sized soap and shampoo/conditioner as well as hair dryers. The view of the bay was lovely. The deck is screened (can't really tell from the photos), which obscures the view a little but is probably a bonus given the issue with no-seeums (pesky biting bugs prevalent in the area). We were able to paddle board right from the small beach in front of the condo. The pool area is nice and well kept. We didn't visit any of the nearby Marriott facilities. Most evenings we went to dinner on Sanibel Island - some good / interesting options. Warning - if you walk the beach on Sanibel Island at sunset beware of the no-seeums. Definitely recommend using Avon Skin So Soft to repel them. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend this condo for being clean, well kept and well-equipped!

Summary: This place was amazing! The rooms were spotless and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We loved being able to walk downstairs to either the beach or the pool or take a short drive to Sanibel Island and enjoy the beach there. Scott was very helpful with questions before, during and after our stay. We're looking forward to returning soon!
