Inspired by the sun, sand and sea, this completely renovated (2017) 1st floor condo is well-appointed with beach tones of sea foam greens and blues. Everything is brand new from the mattresses and bedding, to state-of-the-art appliances, 60 inch HDTV Smart TV in living room, and USB outlets for easy plug-ins. There is a cool seagrass king bed in the master and two cottage twins in the guest. Both rooms are equipped with flat Smart HDTV's. The kitchen is more expansive than most with an under-counter washer/dryer which lends to a more open feel. The lanai is an extension of the open air living space which boasts magnificent Gulf views. Take in the spectacular sunsets while lounging in a comfy outdoor sectional. From the second you walk through the door and see the sandy beach at your footsteps, you will feel relaxed.

Summary: My co-workers and I stayed here while we attended a conference at the Marriott resort. There condo was perfect and offered everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. I appreciated that the host contacting me days in advance with instructions. I would stay here again!

Summary: The property was beautiful. We were literally right on the beach with a short trip over the bridge to Sanibel Island. The beach was a little deceiving. There wasn't much shore line, but the views were still breath taking. It was very quiet, which we liked. One issue was that the second bedroom was extremely hot. Our kids were miserable in the heat. The airflow was terrible. The pillows in both bedrooms were cheap and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing pillows from home. I don't think the covers on any of the beds get washed. The blanket in the closet was dirty. Other than that, it was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Summary: Exactly as expected. Easy booking and check in process. Clean. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the dolphins swim by 25 yards from shore. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Property managers easily accessible and responsive to any questions. Great location! Close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Definite 5 star rating.

Summary: This space was open, airy, and a perfect touchstone for our family rest and reset. great location for exploring in every direction, and beautiful space to return to and relax in. Easy to cross the bridge to Sanibel Island. Impeccably clean. Quiet beach front. Would absolutely return.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our 3 week stay at this beautiful condo. It's a perfect location with beautiful views of the sunsets! The condo was beautifully appointed with great furnishes, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen! It would be wonderful if there was a community grilling area, that is really the only thing we missed! The pool is great and the private beach out front is beautiful! You won't be disappointed in this condo!

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful condo with an amazing view! The location is great, the pool area is beautiful, and the private beach is perfect! I can only think of one thing that would make this building perfect...a community gas grilling area. That would complete the whole stay! Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. Very comfortable!
