Indoors- 8-person dining table, ceiling fans, bidet, washer/dryer combo
Outdoors- private dock (shared w/neighbor) + two boat slips (bring your boat), one fishing kayak/paddle, grill, beach toys/towels, screened & covered lanai w/ bay views & seating, fenced in backyard (perfect for pets or children)
Kitchen- fully furnished kitchen, rice maker, toaster, blender, Keurig, pour over coffee, drip coffee maker, Smart refrigerator, dual oven + air fryer, spices, sugar, oil, coffee, coffee filters, plastic containers, small plastic bags, and more
Specifics: Free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, central air conditioning & heating, iron/board, clothes hangers, hair dryer, trash bags/paper towels
Parking- concrete driveway, multiple vehicles, RVs, trailers
Unavailable to Guests- the shed, an outdoor storage closet in the screened in lanai, a few cabinets in the master bathroom and one drawer & cabinet in the kitchen. All will be locked and labeled.
Availability of Host- Everyday of the week from 7am-10pm via app. In case of emergencies I can be on site within 24 hours.
The Town- Small, quiet and peaceful fishing town. The road along Ochlockonee Bay has a mix of long term residents and short term rentals.
The Location- Mashes Sands biking/walking path is located across the street from the property. You can drive, bike or walk the neighborhood safely.

Note-
The dock is shared with the neighbors in the pink house and they are allowed to access the dock at anytime. The boat lift is not available for guests to use. Please don’t touch or operate the boat lift, it belongs to the neighbors. You may dock your boat and tie up, but please be aware of the extreme fluctuations in tides at the property. If you have small children on the dock we highly recommend putting a life vest on him/her. They can be found hanging up in the patio area.
There are two outdoor security cameras installed: one overseeing the front entrance, and the other positioned to monitor the backyard and dock area. Neither camera is directed towards internal living spaces. Both cameras maintain continuous surveillance of guests.
No smoking indoors. Please smoke away from the house. No fireworks of any kind ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE DOCK.
The dock is shared with the neighbors in the pink house. They are allowed to access the dock at anytime. The boat lift belongs to the neighbors. Please DON'T touch or use it. It's not apart of the property or available for guests to use. We do offer two boat slips for guests, use of the dock and plenty of parking space for trailers. You can pull two boats up to the dock and tie on. Please be aware of the tides at the property, there are extreme fluctuations.
No parties, large gatherings or events. Primary renter needs to be at least 25 years of age or older to rent the property. Proof of ID will be required to stay before check-in.
The property has two exterior security cameras. One is facing the front entrance and the other the backyard and dock area. Both cameras are pointed outdoors and do not show any interior spaces. The cameras are continuously recording.

Summary: This house is immaculate and well stocked. It’s roomy and in a great location. The owner has thought of everything to make a stay here enjoyable. We are bird watchers. The location is not too far from St. Marks, a wonderful bird watching site. In the morning we’d go out bird watching and come back to the house and enjoy the sunroom. The owner responds to questions very quickly. This is a wonderful rental.

Summary: This property exceeded my expectations in every way! Not only was it so dog friendly but it was so well decorated and prepared for renters! Every cabinet and drawer was labeled. It was so well organized with no detail overlooked. The dock was incredible and the sunset views could not be beat! The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well appointed. The laundry room provided extra space to store items when not in use. The closets were huge! And the Jack and Jill bathroom made sharing easy. There is not one negative thing I could say. (Except we wanted to tidy up a bit more but couldn’t find a broom). I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We wanted a waterfront location near a beach and right on the area’s bike paths. This house was the perfect location. And the house itself was so cozy and comfortable! Very nicely decorated and it had everything we needed along with several unexpected nice touches, like the sound machines in every bedroom and luggage racks in the bedrooms. We loved spending time in the sunroom just enjoying the view as we drank our coffee. We hope to return to this house again and again!
