BAYSIDE, BOAT SLIP, DOCK and SUNSETS!!!! This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Southend Townhome is stunning. The boat slip accommodates a boat up to 22 feet, you have complete access to the dock. The four bedrooms consist of one with a King, two with a Queen in each and the fourth has a Double bed. There are 3 furnished decks, an outside shower, and 2 off-street parking spots. Enjoy the sunsets from every deck!

Summary: Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Rugs were dirty, diffusers and return vents dirty, ceiling fans dirty. When you turned the fans on, dirt flew off the fans. Main deck slider was impossible to open. Off track or bearings shot. Lack of furniture in living area. Bath rooms and kitchen were clean. Vacuum was loaded with dirt so we bought a dust buster to clean up. No light bulbs for burned out lights.

Summary: house was dirty when we arrived with a coffee pot that was not usable ( not clean) un usable refrigerator smelled like fish coffee cup wine glass under bed ect owners asked us to sweep ( no broom) we left house a lot cleaner than what we walked into location was good and we overall had a great stay
