Four bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 baths plus an outside shower provide plenty of living space with a kitchen, dining room, and a great room spread out over 3 floors offering 3 levels of expansive decks overlooking the sand and sea. There is 1 King plus bathroom in the master suite, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a pull-out sofa bed on the 3rd floor loft, allowing sleeping for 12 people. Additional features are a 2 car length garage plus 2 car parking pad and a large outdoor cedar shower. Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and gorgeous with plenty of sleeping room. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was incredible. Art was a great host and was available for communication. Would love to come back!

Summary: I don’t have one bad thing to say. The whole experience was perfect. Communication with Art was top notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was perfect for our three families and the 5 kids 9-14. My 9 year old said “it’s amazing!” Plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. I am thankful for the core memories our families made on this trip!! ❤️

Summary: Celebrating a big birthday with sisters and nieces. Had a wonderful time even with the rainy weather Saturday. Beautiful views in the home, many games to play, owner was a great communicator.

Summary: The location of this beach house is ideal because of being right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from all the beautiful deck space and inside. There is all you could need for the beach, from chairs, boogie boards and games to play on the sand to bicycles for riding through the quiet and calm neighborhood. Inside- lots of spices in the kitchen, games to play, and tv and movies. The only down side was the blinds on the first floor bedrooms. They were difficult to handle, so most of the time the rooms were dark. That did not take away from the good time we had during our stay. Quick responses from the owner. Thanks Al!

Summary: Our family had a fantastic stay at Art’s house. The location was amazing — the view from the porches was perfect for my elderly parents and the kids enjoyed being so close to Wildwood. But mostly, we relaxed in the house or on the beach. I loved the various swings and couches/chairs on the porches. Thanks for sharing your house!
