Summary: The hotel is older, but pretty clean. Very basic accommodations. No refrigerator in room, no ice buckets, also breakfast very basic. The breakfast had the most limited selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel. No fruit options, no peanut butter. There was garbage left in the hallway from the time we checked in until the next day. I got in the hot tub, it was just warm water. The following day I noticed my brand new swimsuit was bleached. Which leaves me to assume they just dump bleach into the hot tub water.

Summary: Hot tub was luke warm. Maid service non-existent unless you requested something ( they were great to deliver if you asked, but no room cleaning, beds made etc)

Summary: The room was very good size. Pool and hot tub were so nice and relaxing. Nice large bathroom.

Summary: We arrived at dinner time. Staff's English was challenging. We asked about dinner options and got one, then were informed about other places that deliver. Our room was good, but lacked a fridge so we made many trips for ice. The elevator seemed in need of repair as none of the indicator lights worked. The room was missing a TV channel guide. Breakfast was OK, but 95% carbs. Desk staff was difficult to contact (we had to yell a couple times to get someone to the desk so we could check out) and some spoke very little English . Property was easy to find and parking was good . Easy trip to MSP from here.

Summary: Based on previous visits at Baymont, I expected more. No coffee maker in the room. No chair to sit on in the room, except at the desk. The bottom of the bathtub was black and needed either to be cleaned or changed.

Summary: Older hotel that could use some refreshing. Pool was decent size as well as hot tub. Limited breakfast options that didn't meet standard expectations compared to other similiar hotels. Room was well sized, beds standard size and comfortability. Location convenient to IKEA and Mall of America.

Summary: Bed Bath as nice and room was comfortable. The bathroom had a lot issues- burnt out light bulbs so lighting was bad. Shower hard kept sliding down so didn’t spray on you just the wall, water leaks outside of shower all over floor, no shelves in shower so no where to put soap, hair shampoo and other shower accessories (had to put it on the floor. Breakfast not all that great.
