Summary: Cold water in the pool. I had to request new bathroom towels upon arrival towels were dirty. No elevators had to carry luggage up two floors to reach our room. Breakfast was free but could have had a better selection. Musty smell in the hallway s from the carpet. Close to mall and shopping and restaurants. Nice for the price but we also filled a form about the outlet for charging ports where broken had to go by a charging brick for phone. Microwave was from the 70’s bed was comfy air worked it was 100 outside. I would say over all three stars rating. One night stay yes but not for more than that. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Summary: Front desk lady was rude when we checked in. We had stayed a couple weeks prior and she was great. We didn’t understand how to get into the pool and when asked she was rude to my girlfriend and told her the code was on our room card holder. Two hundred dollar deposit for the jacuzzi that is already broken. The hot water handle is missing and the drain has to be pried out by hand. The handle for the drain doesn’t work. Charging a two hundred dollar deposit for something that is already broken is ridiculous. The room was clean and comfortable.

Summary: the room was filthy. Dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and curtains...and the carpet was not suitable to even walk on without shoes. Top bedding was dirty. The bathroom was decently clean. The price was the only plus.
