Positive: The was no breakfast. The location was perfect.
Negative: We had 6 people in our group (5 men 1 woman), so an extra bathroom would have been great, but I realize that is a big ask!

Positive: The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and major highways.
Negative: All bedrooms are on the upper levels of the home, I am 73 and the stairs were hard for me to climb. The house, in general, was cold even though we raised the thermostat. Although, it was pretty cold outside given it was winter in Iowa.

Positive: Loved our stay at the house. It was so cozy, very clean and owner instructions were helpful. Were surprise of all the amenities that were provided and appreciated. Will definitely stay there again.
Negative: There were 5 of us and would have been nice to have an extra half bath. However, the bathroom was great and we made it work without issues.
Summary: Awesome place to stay at a great location.

Positive: The house is a beauty in a lovely historical area. It has great restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking. Very well equipped and lots of room for family to relax. We really loved this property.
