Summary: 7/4/25 Rm 121, Location in desperate need of a remodel/update. Taking a shower the tub filled up due to extremely slow drain. AC did not cool at all. Fan ran but didn’t cool. Turned it off and the room was tolerable. I would have gone to another hotel but I was on a motorcycle and a thunderstorm forced my choice on this location to get out of the storm.

Summary: When I got there and checked in I made mention to the desk clerk that I hoped the room was on the first floor. As I had just spent 2 12 hour days riding my motorcycle and didn't have the energy to climb the 2 flights of stairs. So she switched my room from the second floor to the ground floor. Which I truly appreciated her doing. However when I got into my room I discovered that there was a coffee stain on the carpet right under the edge of the desk. Then as I was getting out of the shower when I pulled the blow dryer out of it's holder on the wall the holder nearly came out of the wall. I colud see very clearly that someone had tried to use an over-sized drywall anchor to repair damage done at an earlier time and it was a VERY lackluster attempt. Then this morning while talking to my wife on the phone and describing the room I noticed what appeared to be at least a months build up of dust on the clothes cabinet along with very obvious water damage to the particleboard top of the cabinet. When I mentioned it while checking out the morning desk clerk explained that they had recently obtained an industrial strength carpet cleaner and all of the rooms would be having the carpets steam cleaned and if the stains didn't come out they would be the next rooms to be remodeled and have the carpets replaced. Also she wasn't aware of the problem with the blow dryer. But would let maintenance know about it. Hopefully she wasn't just blowing smoke.

Summary: The room was nice and spacious and accommodating . . . but, for whatever reason, the electrical outlets in the room did not power our electronics -- our PAP machines, our cell phone chargers.... Also, we couldn't figure out the AC system -- had to have someone from the office help.

Summary: Building smelled damp. One halway had the heat on and the next had the ac blowing. All drains were very slow. Tub, toilet and sink. Room felt like a renovation had started and was forgoten about.

Summary: Tv didn’t work. Guys working on roof late at night. Breakfast limited, Pool closed- not real inviting. Could have been bad night Staff, nonetheless were great with what they had to work with.
