Complete private access to the rooftop patio and hot tub. You will be within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, hospital, theaters, parks, nightlife and more! Walk to Prairie Roots Co-op food market, or take in a locally brewed cider from the cider house down the block. Penthouse comes with parking spot in the heated parking garage.
Our unique space offers a private rooftop patio with a hot tub overlooking the historic downtown Fargo. 10 ft ceilings, gas fireplace, new comfortable beds and linens.
-You will have access to high speed wireless internet, Smart tvs in each bedroom and living room so you can easily use Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc.
-Remote check in easy anytime after 3pm with lockbox code.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The Christmas decorations were a nice extra. Beds were comfortable and the place seemed clean. I would suggest a variety of coffee and tea for guests. Thank you for providing a good stay!

Summary: What a great weekend. Place was beauiful! And great location. Only bummer was the listing said one bedroom has 2 qu. Bess, but it was actually the living room and it had1 pullout sofa and 1 airmatress. Everything else was great!
