Summary: Stay was fine for one night. Property is pretty run down. Our room had a really unpleasant smell. Musty? Since we were only there for a night we didn't bother requesting a room change. Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was just fine.

Summary: The room was dirty and smelled of smoke, no blankets, broken light switches, closet doors need replaced, no coffee machine, curtains would not shut completely. The price for the room was good....I did leave a note with the front desk about the condition of the room. This room needs a total remodel.

Summary: I chose Baymont because this chain typically has modern well kept venues. This site is shabby. Paint peeling everywhere, grass overgrown, The area near the entrance was overgrow with weeds. This is a really sad looking place. They site says no smoking on all their advetisrments and on the check in form. And yet, the smell of old smoke lingers in the building

Summary: Then only did the basic when it came to cleaning. Sides and fronts of furniture all need cleaned and the lamps all needed dusting. The windows and curtains all needed cleaned as well as the bathroom mirror. The bathroom fan make a every loud screeching noise.

Summary: The air conditioning in the room was full of black mold. When I complained the clerk handed me a bottle of bleach water and a rag. Many fixtures in the room were broken. The entire hotel is really ran down.

Summary: Perfectly good hotel, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Definitely on the older side, but some places can pull it off and this one did. No reason not to stay here. You'll save a little money and sleep through the night.
