Summary: Floor in room was dirty. Breakfast was not good, waffle stuff was broken. Bread/bagels stale. Bed was so-so.

Summary: When we first arrived they "could not find my reservation". An agent from hotels.com called the hotel to confirm we had a reservation. The hotel could not "resolve the issue on their side" which led me to cancel the hotel.com reservation and book directly at the hotel. This was 20% more expensive. We eventually got a room and entered a room that had no sheets on the bed, no remotes for the tv, and dead bugs on the floor and furniture. So we made our own bed and got out of there as soon as we could.

Summary: The couple that own the hotel was very nice. Everything was clean,the owner tried to stay on top of staff making sure of cleaness and pool being clean. He had to let staff go when we was there but replaced them the next day. The lady who cleaned the pool her boys thru rocks all in the pool but he removed them before we went to the pool the next day. The rocks were not in the pool until the day she was cleaning the pool with her 2 boys. That was uncomfortable stepping on rocks. The outside does need some tlc,more grooming and fixing done on by the pool and the bridge. Overall staff was nice,rooms was clean,bed was comfortable, pet friendly and free continental breakfast was good.

Summary: This place updated and cleaned up and painted the swimming pool was absolutely horrible was not able to even get in we were traveling family with our granddaughter could even enjoy anything about the place pictures are not what the place is !!

Summary: It was okay. Had to leave the pool area twice with my kids due to other kids under 13 cussing up a storm and fight fighting while the parents watched and listened. Listening to a kid scream and cry because a dad was beating on his kid in the parking lot.
