**Bring your boat and RV** This newly renovated three bedroom Riverfront home on the banks of the Santa Fe River exhibits a large great room, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a peaceful and private three acre lot with a large porch, access to three beautiful rivers, close to other parks, springs and recreational areas.

The space
The house has a very comfortable living space with everything you will need to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you will need. The fall/winter weather is absolutely beautiful with clear crisp days and cool evenings. There is a hiking paths and within 15 minutes from the house, guests can go antiquing, hiking, and visiting nearby parks and recreation areas during the day. In the evening guests can sit by a cozy bonfire and roast marshmallows or oysters while enjoying their favorite beverage. The spring/summer is all about playing in the water. The springs have a year round water temp of 74 degrees so a lot of people enjoy tubing, swimming, kayaking and canoeing, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving and anything else a person would want to do in spring-fed rivers. The cabin is secluded and quiet with access to the Ichetucknee and Santa Fe Rivers. We even furnish Tubes. There are numerious deer, turkeys, and Raccoons in the area. Guests will have full access to the house and surrounding area. The house is equipped with wireless internet. There are miles of quiet roads for walking or biking and access to several state parks with river access. Wildlife is abundant and the fishing is great. Bring your golf cart! You can also set up a tent outside if you have additional guest. There is a BBQ grill at the Cabin so bring some steaks and enjoy a private cook out with nature. There is also a large grate that you can put over the fire pit and you can roast oysters or clams. The house also has two pull out couches in the great room.
There is fire wood available at all the stores in Branford.
Please note that we are on a river that sometimes rises. At time the water will be high enough that in covers the dock and is well up into the back yard. We actually love it like this as the water is clear, clean and beautiful. You can still bring a boat up into the yard and have full river access for the canoes and kayaks

Summary: This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Aside from some initial inconveniences caused by a recent storm, we were still able to make the best of our stay. Beautiful weekend!

Summary: We loved our stay in your home! It's a secluded beautiful home surrounded by nature! Woke up in the morning and had coffee on the pier and listened to all the birds. Really relaxing and enjoyable! Jump in the yak and go for ride. Really enjoyed the tree swing too! Close to the beautiful springs, we spent 4 days and had lots to do!

Summary: Truly a very special place. Highly recommended for lovers of tranquility and nature. We also enjoy bike rides, walks, and gathering at the wonderful dock on the river to watch the sunset. Finishing off with a nice circle around the campfire. We would repeat the experience

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the property. The views, lake, tree swings (our kids spent hours playing on them!) were all very nice. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bedrooms and living area were nice as well. The only downside for us was having just one bathroom in the main living area. While the listing says there are two bathrooms, the second bathroom is on the ground level and does not have airconditioning/heating, and was hence not usable when we visited in December. Additionally, access to the second bathroom is from the outside, so it feels more like an "outhouse". We were two families traveling with children, so had we known that there was just one bathroom in the main living/airconditioned area, we would not have booked this property. Other than this, the house was great, and the property manager was very responsive via text. It would have been helpful if the listing mentioned that the second bathroom was on a different level that was not under air.
