Summary: The lady who checked me in was incredibly rude like I was bothering her checking in my room I paid for. Did not provide any information. Acting like I was putting her out for a second room key. No one in pool could find towels when I asked for those felt like a bother too. On a positive note our room was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter LOVED the pool and we loved they had floats and toys for kids to play with. Hopefully hospitality behavior wasn’t normal and she was having a bad day. Lady at front desk for check out was kind.

Summary: There were good reviews and ratings online which led to booking the hotel, but in reality it did not live up to those reviews. It is pretty run down and not the quality for the price that was paid, especially compared to other rates nearby.

Summary: Ceiling was peeling. Smelled like musty socks. Silverfish in bathroom. Claims they asked if i wanted to switch rooms but they didnt. They asked after i sent an email to baymont. Why would you even give someone that room to begin with. Especially for the price. Spiders. Dust webs. Rust. Silverfish. Disgusting

Summary: The pool area was shut down (had I known would have booked elsewhere) the bed was uncomfortable. Check in was fast but with no working pool our stop to relax we ended up grounded in a room with an uncomfortable bed. If facilities are not functioning that should be reflected on website so people can make informed decisions regarding their stay

Summary: The king size bed in 309 was comfortable. There was a denny that we ordered from on the other side of parking lot.

Summary: Front desk was no where to be found.... ever. Pool was cloudy and green, no towels in the pool. Had to get them from the front desk who was never there and when she was she was very short and rude. Acted annoyed that someone needed to check in and get pool towels. No where to be found during breakfast and there was no pancake batter left. Wouldnt stay here again.
