Summary: served its purpose for the night before hospice for mom. the only letdown was the train tracks right behind the room window...trains are loud no matter what

Summary: Room was nice and clean, thank you. Unforturetaly the water diverter in the tub seems to be missing, so no shower. also the stopper in the tub doesn't work and so no bath.Finally, the stopper in the sink won't hold water either. Someone is using a rug to prop open the back doors which is a security problem. Last and this may be due to Hotels.com but the price quoted for the room has less than what I paid, I believe, and the price for pets was $5 more than shows on their page for your Hotel. Overall the rooms here clean, quiet and comfortable the young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. That is always appreciated.

Summary: We’ve stayed here before, but the queen beds are very small compared to other hotels. This hotel needs an update and refurbishing!

Summary: This is obvious an older property and we have stayed here before. It needs to be refurbished and updated. The staff are great and that’s the priority for us.

Summary: The pet area was a joke!!! Fenced in dirt area. No grass in that area at all. In my opinion why take pets if your not willing to accommodate them as well.

Summary: We had a rough start with delayed flights and problems with the rental car we did not check in tell 3am they were so friendly and compassionate with the situation. The breakfast was nothing extra but the cleanliness was worth the stay
