Positive: Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff were helpful and friendly, making you feel super welcome. Staff were knowledgeable about the community and could suggest great places to eat and things to do in the area. Breakfast was great! Many options and The Best eggs I have ever had at a hotel. Convenient location to our event. Easy to park a large pickup. Pool area was nice.
Negative: Bed was very firm, just not what I was used to sleeping on.

Positive: everything was excellent, the most I would like to praise the receptionist who was excellent!!!
Negative: the heating in the room did not work and the girl who works at the reception immediately changed our room. so I would not take this as a bad experience. on the contrary

Negative: Maintenance. Bathroom vanity lighting. Missing an entire bank of lights. Climate control unit filter was hanging from bottom of unit. Older hotel likely in need of renovation.

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. Excellent price, given extra time for check out too. The included breakfast was wonderful and enjoyable in the seating area close to the pool. The bed was very comfortable too. We were very glad to stay there.
Negative: The only items of less contentment were no cushion on the chairs in the eating area, noisy machine for the heat, making it harder to sleep and too much chemical smell in the sheets did not help either.

Negative: Hotel is outdated, jacuzzi was out of order, the other is in need of work and the ceiling dripped randomly wherever we sat, hallway carpets were stained random food scattered on floor, crappy hotel room very rough shape, lamp shades had stains, dust on headboards, Bed was extremely hard not very comfortable but not the worst I’ve ever slept on, curtains had holes, heater was loud and missing the cover, window had dead bugs on the ledge, toilet took a couple flushes before it properly went down, also made a a strange noise throughout the night, hair on shower door and spot of something on floor by the toilet, hair dryer was hanging by a thread actually I think a pencil was shoved into the wall then hair dryer was plopped on top of that, hotel may have been surface cleaned but in no way deep cleaned in a very long time. Room had very very strong smell of vinegar which I know is used to cover animal scent. For the price I expected much better. We just used it mainly to sleep and didn’t spend much time in the room. Great location for spending time at the casino only being a 10 minute drive away. Also liked the idea of the restaurant connected it was helpful to grab a drink and dinner.
Summary: Would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Pretty much the same as the last eleven years. I wish we could have had bacon and French toast.
Summary: Great location for us to watch the snocross races. Also love the restaurant attached to the hotel.
