Summary: The distribution of the house was good. However they need better maintenance... many lights were out/burned, bedrooms doors that didnt lock, didnt get a key or garage opener for more that I asked, (the August smart lock was difficult to operate), carpets in bedrooms were dirty, we only had 2 small trash cans in the whole house(kitchen and mst bedroom), the entry siding and carpot is covered in spider webs, upgrade of appliances, upgrade on baths, and more variety of drinking glasses would be nice. Grill was very dirty(lucky we brought our portable one). We were not able to watch tv at living room since the remote controls had dead batteries. On the good side... maintenance guys came the day after our arrival and took care of burned light balls and door locks... Neighborhood is gorgeous and we were able to ride our bikes everyday. The pools are great. Realtor and assistant are easy to reach and respond in a timely manner when needed.

Summary: Our weekโ€™s vacation was not long enough to enjoy all that this rental in Bayside Resort Community has to offer. The home, itself, is very spacious with the master suite being on one end of the home and other 2 bedrooms on the opposite end. Beds were very comfortable! We loved the kitchen and felt that it was well-supplied with appliances, etc. I brought my Keurig single cup brewing system, however. We made breakfast each morning and ate out our evening meals. We didnโ€™t use the beach shuttle because we didnโ€™t feel it was convenient enough to get to from this home. We used the main pool because it had more amenities there for both us adults and the granddaughter. The resort passes cost us $280 additional (4 adults at $70 each for 7 days-3 year old was free). We highly recommend this home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Summary: Bayside neighborhood is top notch with cleanliness and amenities. We love the pools and walking the neighborhood. The house is relatively new and overall as described. Master bedroom and large living room TV were nicest parts. Kitchen was clean and in good working order. Master bathroom needs some tile work and cleanliness of floors throughout needs work. Didnโ€™t feel comfortable walking around barefoot as we would get black feet from dirty hardwood floors. All else was good just needs cleaned deeper.

Summary: This home was everything we needed for our Spring trip. The garage fits an SUV or minivan easily. The 3 bedrooms are spacious - (the master bedroom closet is big enough to fit an air mattress for a child or 2 pack n' plays for infants to sleep in, to keep them close to you at night). There are no stairs inside the house to worry about falls for little kids or elderly family members. The front of the house looks out to a lake with a fountain. The back of the house has a cozy, screened in porch that opens out into a patio with a grill. The sidewalks in front of the property and throughout Bayside make it easy and safe to take family walks. The owners were really helpful in answering our questions promptly via the Vrbo messenger and giving detailed instructions on how to purchase pool/recreation passes at Bayside (if you've never stayed in Bayside before, they have a large indoor pool in the community and it's our kids' favorite). There is bay access from Bayside community (at the Point) and Harris Teeter groceries & gas is just outside the main entrance, which is super convenient. The only downside to this property is if you're traveling with a party with multiple vehicles or entertaining guests for dinner (more than 3 cars), there is no street parking in front of the house. Additional guest parking is a short walk away, so keep this in mind when planning. You can fit a vehicle in the garage and 2 in the driveway without issue.

Summary: This location was the best I ever been in, very clean organized and spacious. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answer all questions I had in a timely manner. Very professional and polite owner. The assistant was a great help also, she responded very quickly when we reached out to her. Great calm peaceful setting and we had an awesome stay here!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY OR ANY FROM THIS OWNER!! HE IS AWESOME!!!!!!!

Summary: We certainly enjoyed our stay!! All the amenities were amazing and the home is just so beautiful. We stayed for a quick weekend for a soccer tournament and wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The property owners were very great with communication and answering any questions we had.
