Casa del Sol is a peaceful retreat. The indoor pool and jacuzzi spa are open year round for you to enjoy, plus sauna and the gym. The community offers free activities for the kids on the weekends as well as during the week in the summer!
September and October are simply magical at this time of year. The ocean water is still warm and plenty of fun in the sun to still be had.
Offering a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar seating, washer/dryer (detergent provided), beach towels, wagon, beach toys and chairs.

-Football, frisbees, badminton set, corn hole
Linens are *not provided* available for rental at www.galeforcerentals.com. They deliver and pick up. (4 days notice is needed) $134.50 to furnish all beds for 1 week.

Bayside is an amenity rich neighborhood that offers an award winning restaurant onsite, 3 pools w/snack and tiki bar, kids splash pad + kiddie pool, + 75 ft heated indoor pool w/jacuzzi and gym. Walking trails and playground. Pool passes addt'l fee (see below)
View of sunrise and sunsets from the front and rear of the house. Private lot adjacent to the pond with water fountain features, providing the best white noise to fall asleep to after a long day at the pool or beach.
Fenwick Island Beaches: 6.6 miles
Bethany Beach: 10 miles (a quick drive with multiple routes and also back roads) or you can take Coastal Highway straight up.
***The Bayside community charges an *optional* per person fee for guests ages five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools (including indoor), tennis, and fitness center. You will also have access to the SUP's and canoe's. This fee varies by the time of year. We will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

Summary: This clean, well appointed home provides plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. It's located in a resort that offers pools, a gym, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. We appreciated all of the extras in the house, from beach chairs and towels to kids toys and high chairs. We ate out but the kitchen is fully-stocked so you could easily cook your meals there.

Summary: We had a great stay, although too short. This is an amazingly clean home, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a great vacation. Perfect location in the amazing Bayside community and Jennifer the host is great to deal with. 5+ Stars!

Summary: The house was comfortable and well stocked with amenities, supplies, appliances, games, etc. The property manager was very attentive and promptly amended a minor inconvenience, making our family of 5 vacation relaxing and memorable. Would return in the future and would recommend to others.

Summary: The Bayside Community is a slice of paradise near the Delaware Beaches - and this home is probably one of the best in the community! The house is far enough away from the main amenities of the community to have quiet streets, and it has a lovely screened porch overlooking peaceful farmland behind the house and a small pond with fountains beside it. I loved watching the sunrise while rocking in the chairs on the front porch and sitting in the screened porch while enjoying an evening rainstorm. And my kids enjoyed lounging in the loft, swimming in the indoor community pool, fishing in the pond, and getting to an from Bethany Beach, Ocean City, and Assateague State Park within 15-30 minutes. This was a memorable stay for all these reasons and for the great communication and hospitality of the host, Jennifer!

Summary: The house was exactly as featured. As a senior I found it easy to use the app. The property manager/owner was very accessible and helpful. The home and resort had something for everyone. What a beautiful home. The owner truly went above and beyond. Coffee bar was stocked, forgot your toothbrush, no worries there was some provided if necessary. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash all there. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs all provided. Felt very much like home. 5 stars all around.

Summary: This Bayside home was lovely. The property sits next to a pond that is a beautiful view to watch on the upper deck area during the morning sunrise. The decor is beautiful inside the home. The beds are so comfortable that we asked the homeonwer the brand of mattress. The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. There is plenty of beach items to take for a great family outing. Jennifer was a great host as she was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: What a wonderful retreat. The home is beautifully decorated and light/airy. We fully enjoyed the community amenities and really liked the neighborhood. Jennifer, the host, was absolutely fantastic! She was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The items she provides in the house truly make it feel like home and took away so much stress from having to pack all the extras. She was truly an asset to the experience. The house is situated in a great location in the community. We would definitely stay here again!
