Positive: The property is located at a waterway accessing the Bay. Kayaks are available to use. There is also beach access right across the street. The cottage was clean, comfortable and I had more than I needed. It housed all sorts of dishes, pots and pans and one can be completely self sufficient. There was even a small dishwasher. What I liked most was the shower and the piping hot water with great water pressure.The location is quiet and peaceful. The owner of the property is absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond for her guests. I will definitely visit again.

Negative: There is nothing bad to say about this property. The only thing you need to know is when coming off season most restaurants are closed or have weekend hours. But Port Rowan is really close and there is opportunity for shopping and visiting restaurants.

Positive: Excellent location for Lake Erie beach. The manager Teri was very friendly and helpful. Price was brilliant.

Negative: One of the 3 cottages we had booked was a bit run down.

Positive: Easy parking, common area with comfortable seating and covered, ability to use kayaks if we wanted to. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet and close to beach. Everything we needed was in kitchen and liked the full sized fridge. They had BBQ’s available and firepits though we didn’t use either.

Negative: Not enough lighting in main area -could definitely use floor lamp in corner, chair was old and stained. Floor was horribly uneven and chipped. Room with larger bed did not have side table to put CPAP. Some pillows were too thin. Fan in room would not shut off when light was on -chain was broken. Could have used a table lamp. Nowhere to put luggage in rooms unless you were not using a bed. If you were a family of 4 there were not 4 chairs in kitchen.

Summary: Cottage served its purpose and beds and couch were comfortable and Terry was friendly.
