This vacation retreat also offers a well-equipped kitchen, a patio with a gas grill for BBQ-ing, the convenience of a first-floor main suite, and a loft on the second floor. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. 2 TVs (living room has is a 55' HD Smart TV with surround sound - Netflix-capable with guest account), premium cable channels, board games, 2 Blu-rays, gas grill, WiFi. Plus, two bicycles (courtesy items not guaranteed).
Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this home. For the most part we love it, but have noticed that kitchen utensils are much more sparse than last year and there are some broken bathroom fixtures that need to be fixed.

Summary: The house was ok…If you are not planning on staying in the house for long. It is a bit dated inside and unfortunately not much functional outdoor space for us to hang out on to enjoy the weather. It did have a small upstairs deck with two chairs but you basically stare out to tree tops. The backyard has a picnic table but you’re looking out at a sea of driveways with no view. The resort itself is awesome with pool, tennis etc which is why we chose to stay at Bayside. We also had cleanliness issues when we arrived but I communicated the issues with the vacasa team. We would stay in Bayside again but not at this house.

Summary: The community is terrific. Lots to do and close to everything. Unfortunately our unit was not cleaned prior to checking in and the cleaning crew did not show up after we were promised they be there. We had to spend hours cleaning immediately due to COVID-19 in order to feel comfortable being in the unit. ResortQuest did not communicate well and it took us contacting them three times to get a resolution. The rest of our stay was wonderful.

Summary: Had a great time here while visiting local beaches with our dogs. The decor was perfect and the community offered the perfect amenities for our stay. Very close to local restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay her again!

Summary: This is the second rental for us in Bayside, which is a great community. This year the rental was managed by Resort Quest and I was extremely disappointed in the condition of our rental. The overall layout of the condo is great and it could be a wonderful space but it was clear the rental agency did ensure it was prepared for renters before we arrived. There was bag of dirty towels and the random sheets on one of the beds (we did not get the linen package). There was a dirty tissue under the bed, dead bugs all over the upstairs bathroom floor, fly paper hanging over the kitchen counter, a dining room table that took 2 Clorox wipes to get the dust off of, dried toothpaste on the sink in the master bath which also had a shower full of soap scum, and two packages of linens just sitting on the upstairs table despite us not having the linen package. It is clear that no one checked on this property prior to out checking in and I question how well or if it was cleaned after the last tenant. Considering there is a specific cleaning fee charged, I certainly had higher expectations. Suffice it to say I was less than impressed with our experience and it is not likely that I will be booking through ResortQuest again. I am sorry that the owners of this property face the brunt of a lack of professionalism on the part of the property manager.
