Positive: Kitchen well appointed. Comfortable beds. Pool table and hot tub are great additions. Overall very comfortable and attractive. Good location. You can walk to the Netarts beach.

Negative: It was not possible to communicate with anyone about changing the check-out time to accommodate medical needs. Only a bot via email-very unresponsive. They need to give contact info so renters can get a live person about special needs.
