Negative: Need a key for the door leading to the small balcony housing the BBQ. Had to go through a bedroom. Need a cutting board in kitchen. Two key fobs better for a group.

Positive: Wonderful apartment, better than the pictures. Great for a group of friends or family. Fabulous position, close to lots of restaurants, etc. We were there for a weekend sporting tournament, so unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the fantastic balcony during the day as much as we would have liked. We could have stayed longer!!
Negative: Nothing really. No cutting board...but not really problem.

Positive: Loved the location and views. A close walk to to restaurants and the water. The apartment was well equiped and spacious. The apartment is located in the same building as the Sebel Mandurah which means you can go downstairs and enjoy the breakfast facilities. You will need to pay but it was such a luxury to pop just down for coffee and a a bite to eat without going anywhere. The pool and the gym facilities are fantastic. Also having car parking was great. You can park in the large carpark outside but on the weekend its very busy so having a designated car space in the building was great. We also did a couple of cruises and the meeting point for the boats was only a 5 minute walk away as was the cinema and restaurants.
Negative: The 10 pillows in the apartment are all the same denseness. My suggestion would be to have a range of pillows for guests comfort as an option. Also the apartment is directly above a music venue on weekends. Even with all windows closed and curtains drawn you can hear the music until late on a Friday and Saturday night.
Summary: Large spacious apartment with great views and close walking distance to shops & restaurants.
