Summary: A luxury room in a private forested setting. If you are looking to "get away", this is your place. Well appointed with everything you might need furnished. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that it is several miles from civilization (as advertised).

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse! It was very clean, well equipped, including games, toys and movies for the family. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. We enjoyed the privacy and ambience in the woods, but still being close to plenty of things to do and see. We had a great stay and would go back! Highly recommend for a great getaway!!

Summary: The tree house was a dream. Very clean and very peaceful. Nestled in the trees, this was the perfect place to enjoy being unplugged from reality. My teen daughter loved it so much, she didn't want to leave. The hosts thought of everything. If you forgot something, don't worry they had you covered! They were very kind and responsive. We enjoyed meeting Fred and learning about his family's vision for THR. I have been recommending to my friends/family and we plan on returning in the future.

Summary: What a little gem. Immaculately clean. Owners have thought of everything and they will completely spoil your kids with thoughtful goodies. Beds comfortable. Kitchen is stocked. A great spot to rent to just relax and cozy up in. River canoe/kayak spot is about 10 mins down the road from here that we enjoyed. 30 mins to Frankfurt for a beach day.

Summary: Easy to find, so peaceful and quiet. The house was so clean and had every little amenity you could think of which made traveling that much easier. We drove to Traverse City, Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau and Frankfort and the drives were beautiful and easy. We cannot wait to come back and bring our family!

Summary: We had a short weekend getaway here and it was top notch. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the stay amazing. We stayed with our daughter (8) who is in a wheelchair and was pleased with the accessibility of the cabin. Our 4 year old loved the great selections of DVDs and games and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness of the forest. It was amazing to stand on the deck and see nothing but trees and hear NOTHING. Thank you for the wonderful experience,

Summary: We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! The treehouse was a perfect getaway for our family of six to get away, slow down and soak up some time in nature. We absolutely loved it. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The thoughtful design and use of space was awesome. The host went above and beyond, everything we could think of was covered. We enjoyed a lunch out at the Iron Fish Distillery, in one of the base camp tents. Had a dinner at The Laughing Horse Saloon and enjoyed countless hikes on the beautiful property. Highly recommend Tree House Ridge! Thanks for having us!
