Positive: A lovely property,had everything we needed, comfortable beds, we are a family of 4 and the property was a good size for us to stay comfortablely.
Negative: There wasn't anything we didnt like, although my husband is quite tall and he bomped his head a few times on the light fitting in the lounge, he just kept forgetting it was there the kids thought it was funny and turned it into a game and counted 14 times all together 😆 it actually made our stay that more memorable 😆.
Summary: We had a lovely time and will be returning on our next visit back to colne. Thank you

Positive: We loved spending some days at Earles Colne. This little holiday home was perfect. Bed comfy and just enough room to relax in.
Negative: It was a bit hard to find and the car park space was blocked a couple of times. It will be nice when all the nearby building will be completed.

Positive: It was a perfect base for our travels. Small but everything you need. Clean and well appointed. We had a nice welcome, the host was on holiday but her son came and showed us the property. When the host returned she popped in to see us and ensured we were okay. The little cottage itself is lovely. There's a tiny enclosed garden, a little kitchen and lounge area. TV and wifi. The bed is comfortable. There's a little bathroom with a good shower. Everything we needed to make for a super week exploring Colchester. Oh and also enough tea and coffee to tide you over until you can buy yourself some extra, and a big tub of biscuits that we decimated in the week we were there! Delicious!! Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts either, when we told them the toaster wasn't working properly they bought another the next day, and delivered a coffee table because someone had previously commented that this was something the property lacked. Would I stay again? Definitely! Would I recommend it to others? absolutely!
Negative: My brother was sleeping on the sofa bed and said it wasn't very comfortable but you can't really expect much of a sofa bed. (Cost limitations prevented us from booking a larger property with two beds, so that's on us) Other than that everything was fantastic.

Positive: It is a very cozy little place, nice and peaceful ideal for a little quiet time get away. The host was very welcoming and friendly good communication if needed to ask anything The bed was very comfortable had a great night sleep The local Indian close by recommended by the host was a gem very nice food. Would definitely stay again
Negative: A TV in the bedroom would be nice I know that's not to everyone's taste but my partner likes to fall asleep to sound and we do like to watch TV in bed
