This beautiful gated home is located on an oversized corner lot a few blocks from White Street Pier and Higg's Beach with lots of parking including off street parking inside the gates. Perfectly positioned and quickly accessible to both Old Town and New Town.
This spacious home has 3 bedroom and 2 baths both equipped with whirlpool and Jacuzzi tubs, LED lighting throughout the home and Eco smart point of use water heaters as well as recent high efficient central units.
- Primary Suite has a king size bed 43” flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom and spacious closet.
- Guest rooms 2 & 3 both offer queen size beds, 43” flat screen smart tv’s and spacious closets.
The well appointed kitchen has solid wood cabinets, Corian countertops and is stocked with all your kitchen must haves. There is also a built in work station for those who may be working during their stay or e-learning. A spacious dining area and laundry room is located just off the kitchen.
The living room is large and has plenty of seating for you and your guests. It has a 55” flat screen smart tv and large windows with garden views. Off of the living room a sun room with wall to wall windows and French doors to the garden area. Brining the beauty of the outside in and is a wonderful place to relax, have a glass of wine or read your favorite book.
There is vaulted ceilings with clear heart pine in the sun room and dining area. Walk through the atrium doors at the rear of the home and off the primary suite and the doors open to a beautiful pool deck / entertainment area. The pool has a waterfall and water feature and can be heated during winter months from 11/16-5/1 at guests request for additional $20.00 per day. There is a wet bar area with wine cooler and a lighted grill area designed to make evening grilling a breeze.
Located off the pool deck is the 1 1/2 story guest cottage with its own private street entrance with two parking spots brick pathways, private deck, storage additional outdoor seating and a separate washer and dryer as well as central HVAC and ECO smart water heater. The guest cottage offers a loft sleeping area with twin beds that can be converted to an additional king bed upon request. There is a full kitchen in the guest cottage as well as full bathroom with toilet, shower, sitting area and dining area. The perfect set up for your weekend guests during your stay.
The home is surrounded with lush foliage, mature trees and a full privacy fence surrounds the property offering guests an abundance of privacy at their own private oasis.

Summary: Wonderful property. Extremely private. Home was exactly as described and shown in their photo's. Very clean, well furnished and appointed. Stayed for the month of March and entertained friends. Spacious and comfortable. Grounds and pool maintained every two weeks. We liked everything about it. Would stay again on our next trip to KW.

Summary: The house is large, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside area is private with a large heated pool that everyone enjoyed. We really appreciated that we never ran out of hot water when showering which has not been the case in other places we have stayed. Conch Collection is a great company to work with, very responsive and helpful.

Summary: We needed a space for multiple couples coming down throughout the month and this place was wonderful. The first week was a bit shaky with some device failures, but Theresa and her team were amazingly fast to respond with a new outdoor refrigerator, new pool heater, and hot water heater plumbing repair, door lock battery failure and new pool lounge cushions. The pool area was great and we used it often. The host provided eight beach towels. The kitchens were well equipped. Internet worked well for WFH and tvs were great. We used both the AC and the heating systems. There is plenty of parking for four cars at the property. We used bikes for almost all travel around KW... we could have gotten groceries by bike, but used the car for that. I felt that it had been cleaned well upon arrival, but over the first couple of days found myself scrubbing the electric stove top and cleaning the patio door walls, reattaching chair legs, scrubbing the outside kitchen area and gave the rugs and floors a good vacuuming which came up with a cannister of dust and dirt, so perhaps it could have used a little more cleaning attention. But once that was done, this place was great. The landscaping envelopes the back yard such that you are completely oblivious of neighbors.
