Our home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath room, open concept living room kitchen and dining room. with an extra sink in the dressing and laundry room all on one level. Beautiful fenced in back yard with a locked shed for all your bike and ski equipment ect... A great gathering place for your family and friends to enjoy outdoor living. Relaxing around the fire pit roasting s'mores maybe grilling dinner for the family and playing outdoor games/ activities all in this private back yard. We are only steps from the beautiful beaches of Lake Superior shore line bike and walking trails. Walking Distance to our historical Downtown and lower harbor where many festivals are held and all the unique shops and restaurant are located. We are only 6 blocks from the NMU University and NMU Superior Dome.

Summary: We had such an amazing time during our recent stay in Marquette. We loved the location of the house and the many nearby activities we could do with our bikes. The lake is beautiful! Dave did a great job of making sure we had our questions answered about the area and recommended some good restaurants. The time we were there just flew by and we are already thinking of planning a return trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Walkable to beach, trails, NMU activities, and 3rd St restaurants and shops! Attentive owner was very responsive to any needs. Beds very comfortable. Backyard great for an afternoon hammock nap and campfire evenings.

Summary: Dave’s home in Marquette is a great little spot at a great convenient location to everything. The home was clean, just spacious enough, had everything we needed and the sun rises were unbelievable

Summary: Dave's place was awesome! He was very friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Our group really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the ability to walk to downtown restaurants/bars. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: I like that everything was clean, updated. It had everything you would need for a family stay. Walking distance to downtown marquette and very close to the beach.The only down side for us was that the mattresses were not comfortable, older spring mattress.

Summary: Loved our stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Did feel like Dave was keeping a very close eye on things. Received a text when we left outdoor light on. Other than the friendly reminders throughout the rental about how to behave and what was and was not allowed the place was great.

Summary: This is a great location with very close beach access and walking/biking distance to downtown, lower harbor and Presque Isle. The house is well kept, clean and comfortable with a fun yard to hang out in. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Overall a great spot!
