Summary: This place was great. Close to everything downtown yet no traffic and very quiet. The host was great and had everything in order. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have dogs.

Summary: Overall our stay was alright -nothing special. We loved our time in Marquette (our first time to the UP!), but we didn't know the owner lives upstairs. She was delightful, very nice and quiet (a bit loud the second evening, it did keep us up). If you didn't realize, like us, the property owner lives upstairs. It did make us feel a bit awkward, like we were intruding her home. We felt as though it was not properly disclosed and were even told by the Vrbo agent that he could not find anywhere on the property listing that the owner lives at the property. Looking back, we probably would NOT have booked this. Not to be rude but we went on vacation to Marquette to be ALONE. Not share a room with the host. I should also add, the home was very nice, clean, and very accessible. The bedroom seemed to be an old office space and the bed hurt my back so bad, boyfriend said he slept fine but I had to take an edible to be able to sleep through half the night.
