New and modern apartment located just off the beach. It has plenty of natural light, communal area with swimming pool and a small terrace where breakfast under the sun.
Very well connected to move around the city.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage.
The second bedroom is a trundle bed that converts into two single beds.

Summary: The apartment is okay. It was clean enough. There weren't enough pillows for the 6 of us even tough I booked it for 6 people. The dryer does not dry clothes... at all. There is a broke down clothes rack but it is falling apart, so you can't really use it. It can't be that much to buy a new clothes rack and put it in the apartment! The sofa sleeper has a bar that runs right down the middle of your back, so be aware. Apartment was about 10 minute walk to metro station.

Summary: Everything we needed. Easy to travel around Easy access to the beach, skateparks and basketball courts nearby. Great, quiet, clean swimming pools. Comfy beds Sunny balcony Good price A couple of things need replacing/fixing (kettle, toaster, dishwasher not working so well) to make it somewhere I would recommend, but otherwise a great stay.

Summary: Very nice and equipped apartment, big enough for a family with kids, close to the beach, markets and public transport in the quarter that seems calm and safe, outdoor pool is available only from May but there is a playground for kids in the square behind the house. Great communication with the manager(s). Cool stay overall.

Summary: Property in great location with balcony, communal swimming pool and air conditioning. Unfortunately, the apartment is tired and not looked after; electrical socket gaffer taped to the wall, bathroom sink drains into a bucket, both sofas broken etc. Some simple maintenance is required to restore it to a great apartment. Would definitely stay again if this was done.

Summary: The apartment and furniture was worn. Bathroom old and not very clean, coffeemaker was an old drop that couldn’t use. Electric plug in kitchen was dangerous. I let the host know and left the apartment early….. I have never received any communication of any kind. I looked later that all of the reviews were 5 years old.

Summary: Dani's place was very comfortable, spacious, light and sunny - really enjoyed the stay. Great for walks on the beach, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and close to the subway for getting to other parts of the city. Highly recommend!

Summary: Dani was a wonderful host. He answered all my many questions and was so kind and helpful in every respect, even booking our taxi to the airport. The place was absolutely wonderful: immaculately clean, all the furnishings seemed new, it was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the city but also just a block from the beach. We enjoyed spending time at home in the living room and on the balcony and found the place so relaxing we would have enjoyed staying longer. I have stayed in many places in Barcelona over the years and this was the best ever! Most highly recommended.

Summary: I was welcomed by Vika, a colleague of Dani. She showed me around. The appartement was exactly as described. As I was there for a conference it was great that it was only a 10 minutes walk to the conference venue (the CCIB) and the big shoping mall Diagonal Mar (which also has a huge supermarket). The beach is very close, only a few minutes walking. The appartement overall was clean. It was great that there was a washing machine and dryer. Also I found it very convenient that there was a hair dryer. The instructions were very clear.
