Positive: Location, and quality of the building. Quiet. View and amenties nearby - with the Mall.
Negative: The finishes were not up to this type of property. The bedding was below standard. The place needs to be updated to a higher standard for this price. It seems it is setup as a Party house - even with being in a queit building/area.
Summary: It's a very nice place - but needs some work on Maintenance.

Positive: We had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment in Barcelona! The place is super stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen – fully equipped and even stocked with lovely complimentary touches like fresh fruit, wine, and coffee. The owners were incredibly helpful and proactive, making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable at all times. Honestly, we felt like royalty during our stay. The location is absolutely top – just a short walk to the sea (only 5 minutes!), close to great restaurants, and right next to a shopping mall. Everything you need is within easy reach. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

While there were a couple of minor issues at check-in, they were resolved incredibly quickly and with such professionalism that it set the tone for the rest of my stay.
