Positive: A very comfortable and clean beachside property with a lovely aspect and views from the house. We appreciated the local tea and coffee selection. Very quiet location with well kept gardens, the beach is tidal and not a swimming beach but watching the birdlife from the seat near the water was lovely. It's a short drive into Coles Bay itself with access into Freycinet National Park

Positive: Such a lovely place. I loved having a coffee on the bench overlooking the water.

Negative: Just because 2 people are travelling together, doesn't automatically make them a couple. I was travelling with a girlfriend, we booked the cottage and didn't think to stipulate 2 beds, as it was a 3 bedroom house, then were allocated one queen bed. Definitely partial fault on my side for not checking that part, but I don't often book this type of accommodation, so it didn't occur to me that this was required. Maybe having a question/section when booking about the bed combination required would be helpful.
