Sunsets is a unique character A frame holiday house, with stunning ocean views overlooking The Great Oyster Bay, 9 mile beach and the Swanwick river mouth.
Sunsets has a modern interior and is delightfully charismatic. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which lead out onto the balcony.
There is one spacious main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.
With beautiful polished wooden floorboard and local timber features throughout this house, it is a great space to enjoy while here in Freycinet.
Sunsets is well equipped with all the requirements to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
The kitchen and bathroom are contemporary and modern in design. The balcony is the perfect to spot to sit back and relax with a coffee or glass of wine while you take in the view.
There is also another great entertainment area and sun deck at the back of the house that is sheltered from the wind. This courtyard area has an outdoor fire that can be used in winter (from May to the end of September) and is great for sitting around while looking up at the stars.

Summary: The view was everything that was expected and this is what you paid for as the house was rather tired and needed attention. The curtains in the main room and the bedroom needed fixing, the lights were a mess, a power point in the bathroom was falling out, some kitchen cupboards didn’t open and close properly and the bedroom had ugly wire drawers and open hanging in the space that a wardrobe should have been to name a few. I really don’t think it was worth the money asked for.

Summary: The place is very clean, good heating, comfortable bed, great shower. The view is lovely and only a short walk down to the beach. Good to have wifi and a smart tv.

Summary: Expected to check in at 2.00pm then realised could not check in until 3.00pm some new rule with COVID 19 ?. Was suppose to receive an email between 2-3 about check in location and process received information at 3.03pm

Summary: as we are over 70 years of age and not real tech savvy, we did not receive the entry code via email as you suggested would be two days prior to our stay date consequently has to find the phone number and try and input it in fading light. as it was cold, the reverse cycle heat pump remote had fallen off the wall under the table. the direction re entrance was not clear and it took some time to figure out that entry was via the rear door. Instructions on the fridge was fine however as the compendium had been removed and our capacity to get it on our phone was limited Im sure that the stove instructions could have also been laminated and made available the same as the one on the fridge. The double tv was a bit confusing as to which one to use with no instructions. however we did enjoy the stay.
