Summary: The house is very modern and the location is amazing with a beautiful beach across the street. The main issue was there are tons of an ants in the house. We kept the house as clean as possible and free of crumbs but still kept spotting them everywhere (even in the bedrooms). Also there was a bunch of food in the pantry and refrigerator when we arrived (which probably doesn't help the ant problem). Recommend the property manager be more proactive about managing the ant situation (install traps or spray regularly) and also have the cleaners remove all the food after each guest!

Summary: The house is lovely - really good layout with bedrooms and bathrooms in a separate section through a door so no worries about early risers disturbing those who like to lie in! Great facilities in the house. The best thing is the location - just across the road from a quiet part of the beach. Our only issue was with ants so taking some ant spray is a good idea.
