Positive: Just a short 150 meters around the corner from the beach. Lots of space in well equipped and comfortable self-catering apartment.
Negative: The apartment is a bit difficult to locate the first time. It would be helpful to have the name Beach Breeze posted on the actual building. It is around the corner from the Atlas Essaouira Hotel and Spa (a useful landmark). And not a dislike, more of a something to be aware of - It is a fairly 'dead' neighborhood but if you want quiet and close to the beach then it is perfect. It's about a 20-25 minute walk along the beach and promenade to the - again not a dislike at all since the walk was lovely and very safe - just something to be aware of.
Summary: If you want a self-catering option in a quiet location in Essaouira, this is the place

Positive: Massive space in here Has everything you need Location is great Surfing and kite rental right next door! Quiet surroundings 2 minutes from the beach Towels provided Two of us went here for a week and it was perfect, About a 15 minute walk outside of Medina and a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Highly recommend this place If you're staying in Essaouria.

Positive: The apartment is located on a quiet backstreet from the boulevard. This means excellent sleep and plenty of parking space. Very convenient if you plan to do any watersports in the bay of Essaouira as it is walking distance from surf rentals.
Negative: The place could have been cleaner upon arrival. The interior shows some minor signs of wear. There was no dishwasher and no kitchen knives.
