Positive: We loved this place so much, it felt very well maintained and we liked the open hallways. The room was lovely, well furnished and laid out and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony had a sea view but still felt private and got a lot of natural light. The facilities (spa, rooftop area) were amazing and it was such a convenient short walk to Mooloolaba beach and esplanade. It was also not a noisy (outside) area to stay based on the time we were there.
Negative: In the bedroom the shutters didn’t fully close to reduce light from the hallway outside - it just was quite light inside the room at night and hard to find a solution to reduce it.
Summary: We loved the location, hotel and our apartment - the facilities, view and peacefulness were amazing.

Negative: Lack of a door to the bedroom-sliding door but one completely missing so no privacy. Chipboard cupboard in kitchen swollen and unable to close. Stovetop doesnt work. Unable to connect tv to wifi.
