Summary: Very good location. Cottage not as accessible as thought from description for my disabled sister. Indoor shower did not have hot water. Said it had 2 bikes. Only one was there. Otherwise, it fit our purposes.

Summary: This was the cutest cottage! Just a short walk from the beach. Located on a quiet street and with the fenced yard you have plenty of privacy. The firepit was so nice at night to relax with a nice glass of wine. The house is extremely well taken care of, super clean, and well stocked. Gail replies very quick to your needs. Would 100% stay here again for furure visits!

Summary: This home was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. We enjoyed a beautiful breeze each day coming off the ocean as we sat in the in private front yard. Home was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. They are very kind, responsive and made our stay pleasant. We would stay here again.

Summary: The house was even nicer than the photos! Very clean and well-kept. 2 real bedrooms plus a porch room that could all accommodate guests. There were plenty of supplies, from paper goods (paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues), to linens (sheets, beach and bath towels), to a stocked spice cabinet. Everything you need for the beach is there...beach chairs, beach toys for kids, bikes, even a wagon that our toddler loved. The fenced-in area was clutch with an almost-2-year-old and a small dog...we spent almost all of our non-beach time out there. The walk to the beach was easy (1 long block) so we could go back and forth multiple times per day. The hosts responded very quickly when we had questions or needed a propane tank change. We would definitely recommend staying in this house, and we hope to come back next year!

Summary: Cute clean little house, however, Should not be listed as 3 bdrm. Bc it’s 2 w/ porch. The main reason we rented this property was the fact that we didn’t have to lug beach stuff with us. Not one if the chairs (or beachcart) advertised was on the premises instead they were old, rusted, & dry rotted (2 tore immediately) the umbrella was broken as was the beach cart. No response from the owner after I texted pics. The front storm door had fallen off only to expose termite damage and rotted wood which was only held up with nails - no screws at all (which would withstand any wind )I have pics of all. House is a new shirt with an old suit! Also, no sidewalks to beach if you have little ones in tow. So if you don’t mind bringing your own beach equipment this house is for you.

Summary: My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this home with our dogs. The location was great and the house was immaculate. The front yard was fenced in and lovely to enjoy for morning coffee and evening dinners. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Summary: This really is a perfect beach rental for family. Very clean, updated and pretty much every household item you need is there. Bikes for kids were great. Owner is friendly and quickly answers any questions.

Summary: Gail and Lloyd are perfect hosts, and anything you need they really go the extra yard to make it happen.If you are visiting the Jersey Shore this is the place to stay, 1 block to beach fully equipted,clean safe adorable and located in walking distance to almost everything.
