One house from ocean/boardwalk. Beautiful inside and out. 3 Family home. This unit is a duplex with 2 Master Bedrooms one with a Queen bed the other with a King bed and nook area for crib. Each bedroom has access to a deck which has seating and a half awning for those who like the shade. Two Full baths, washer/dryer, SS appliances, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's & High Speed Fios internet. This unit comes with Beach Badges as well. Outdoor state-of-the-art shower with body spray and a lock to store your beach gear safely. Outdoor picnic table, and gas grill (propane included). Cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and bar-ware. 1 parking spot and plenty of free street parking. I almost forgot, take the spiral staircase to your own rooftop deck with a 360 degree view of Ortley Beach.
Bring your own towels and linens or our cleaning service can provide them for a fee of $75. Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided free of charge. No Prom or graduation parties. All guest must be 21 years of age or older. This is a pet free home.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying in this house. We were in Apartment #3 which includes the rooftop deck and a deck off the bedrooms. It is ocean view from the rooftop. It’s very clean and has a perfect location to go to the beach too. On site parking and outside tables and grills.( there is no oven, only a stove top and microwave in the kitchen.) This was the second time we stayed here and we already booked next year!!

Summary: End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.

Summary: overall we had a great stay. the location was easy to get to, simple check in/out instructions, generous space, but hygiene needs to be improved. the floors was dirty and sandy when we checked. the upstairs bathroom had a piece of a soap bar from the previous guests, the main room bed was sandy under the provided quilt, and a private personal item was found beneath the bed of the second bathroom. still i found the renter to be very polite and quick to respond

Summary: Nice quiet area. House was very nice, clean updated . Loved the roof top deck . The host was awesome . I left a bag in the bedroom . She was easy to communicate with , was able to make arrangements to pick the bag up a week later .

Summary: property manager and host were very sweet and communication was great. home was clean and well organized. the patio and rooftop are the best part. i love the accommodations especially the outside showers, grill, and tanning chairs. for its price, it is definitely worth staying here.

Summary: Location could not have been better. Perfect for two couples. Everything in the house was new and clean. Decks were small but awesome. Rooftop could easily handle 6 to 8 people. Dominic, the property mgr, was super friendly and glad to help out with any questions or issues. I’ve had homes on the Jersey shore and have been going down the shore for 50 yrs. This house was so nice, I wish I owned it!

Summary: Not only do you get a great location, it’s also a fantastic unit. Perfectly clean and updated. I would consider renting this unit again or the other units within the house. I’ve only stayed in a few rental units and this went smooth, seamless and just a wonderful stay.
