Positive: Location was good. 5 min walk to the beach.
Negative: Only one fan in the unit. AC didn't reach the bedrooms. It was very hot. The water from the faucets was too hot. Pull out couch was squeaky and very uncomfortable for two.

Positive: How clean the place was and how close to the strip we were !
Negative: The first night there my household got woken up by the neighbors friends kids and theirs directly upstairs from where were all sleeping and started banging extremely loud above our heads from 5:30am till about 9am wasn't happy about that at all since we were up really late the prior night and I got woken up at 7am by the banging above my head

Positive: I liked the fact that everything was in close proximity. Shopping on the boardwalk and restaurants with beautiful views just steps away from the villa. There were 3 beds and a lay away bed couch which served our family perfectly.. A full size fridge, stove and microwave. The airconditioning worked very well but didn't reach all rooms. There was a big floor fan to use for those who needed it which was good. After a long trip from Canada to Hampton , we were permitted to check in 2 hours prior to the given time and for that I'm grateful. I also loved that Vacasa would respond promptly by text to our concerns or questions.
Negative: The apartment was very nice, comfortable and homey. There was however a slant on the flooring but it wasn't much of a bother. Before our stay, we agreed to a contract that after 10:00 pm there should not be noise and how we needed to respect it. However, every night there were crowds under us that were really loud which made our family irritated and upset and hard to fall asleep. I know we are all there to have a good and relaxing time but regardless, regulations should be respected. Apart from that, I enjoyed everything else!

Positive: It was clean. The den was nice and we had a decent time.
Negative: Next door at unvancant Room B had flies visible at the window. It needs to be cleaned out. Noise was a bit loud from the people walking upstairs.

Positive: Very spacious and so fully stocked. I real liked that bedding, towels and even toiletries were provided. the apartment was relatively clean pretty clean (even for Hampton Beach standards… not to mention in the off season) it was a rainy weekend, so having umbrellas also available was super convenient. we didn’t end up using the umbrellas or kitchenware but it was very convenient, to have it all there.
Negative: extender parking could have been more accommodating, especially since check out was on a sunday during off season. we stayed up there for a half marathon/5k and asked if we could have the car parked until the end of the race, and we were told no. we didn’t end up having two parking spaces as advertised due to a giant generator taking up the parking space. Bathroom could use some upkeep. Black mold in the showers is pretty common, especially by the beach, but considering it’s the off season there’s plenty of time to do a deep clean. Several towels- both shower and face towels- had stains which kinda grossed me out. Bathroom sink also had hard water stains, or toothpaste stains, which again could benefit from some deep cleaning of the bathroom.

Positive: I liked that it was in walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk and also that it has all the amenities of home(stove, fridge,cable and internet).
Negative: There was nothing that I didn't like.
