Come escape to our beach cottage in beautiful Jax Beach! This studio beach home was fully renovated in 2021 and professionally designed by a local interior design team. Located in North Jacksonville Beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide privacy. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.
Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!
We are a studio, 1 bath unit. The bed is a queen bed with memory foam mattress and luxury linens and towels.
We do not have a stove or washer/dryer in the unit. We do have a larger conventional toaster oven/air-fryer.
On street parking available
We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.
Fast wifi from Xfinity.
There is off-street parking that is first come, first serve. Also, there is a free public parking lot right next to the home.
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Summary: Overall the property is really nice there are a few touches that need to be touched up which as the shower head where the ac unit is on the wall needs to be touched up and repainted and a couple pieces of trim but we enjoyed our stay greatly.

Summary: Initial impression was good although I missed in the listing that this was a one room cottage with bath and toilet. I knew the windows faced the parking lot but did not expect guests from the other building to park in front of the windows and then stand outside smoking and talking so loud I could have participated in their conversation. We had plumbing and pest issues that were quickly, efficiently and compassionately addressed by the management company. Overall the cottage was very clean but the empty cracker wrappers under the bed certainly added the pest problem. It was unusual that as a guest I was advised that garbage can needed to be taken to the curb. The kitchen was well stocked and did not miss having a stove/oven since the toaster oven worked great. Amble supply of linens and bed was comfortable. The location was great with easy access to restaurants. As long as the cars were not parked in front of windows, you could sit outside and watch the waves. Don't know that I would return but we rarely stay in the same location twice.

Summary: This is a small quaint unit in a great location. TV good Adequate small kitchen with a good range of equipment. No teaspoons were provided. The shower & toilet are very small & water flow poor. We had 2 cold nights (3c) & no heating only a fan that blew cold air.

Summary: If you are looking for a cheap stay close to the beach this is your place. However you need to overlook a couple of things. 1. the window overlooks the parking lot and the curtains barely cover it up. The place feels cramped. 2. I did not appreaciate a leaky roof! When we checked in, it poured down in Jacksonville and there was a leak inside. The owners must have known about it and still rented the place, because the next day roofing stuff showed up on top the property. Not cool. Overall - I would spend more money and stay in a hotel. We checked out early and never looked back.

Summary: The cottage was clean, the checking process was very smooth and easy, and the location was fantastic. Just a few feet away from the beach. My husband and I stayed for three days and it was perfect!
