Summary: I stayed in this house with my wife and 2 kids and a friend and her son. This is a beautiful home that is updated throughout. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms and good showers. We cooked a couple of meals here and they had everything we needed. I have rented several houses in Surfside over the years and this one is my favorite. The house has a fenced in yard which was very convenient with our 2 dogs. We look forward to booking this place again!

Summary: First, we love Surfside! We have been coming for years and it is one of our favorite places. The locals are so awesome, make sure you check out Surfside Loco! The best location for sunset we have found is the crabbing pier. This home is beautiful! The three bedrooms is a huge selling point for us, and the second bathroom even more! The house is spacious and was very clean. The listing is just as it states, but the view is stunning! We usually stay in second row rentals, and while you can see the water, there is typically a first row home blocking some of the view. Not with this home! Where it is situated you have a perfect view of the Gulf. The sunrise was spectacular without having to go far. It is located super close to the jetty, which we love. If you have the chance, walking to the end of the jetty is pretty cool. The house has a fenced yard, which is really hard to find. There is plenty of space downstairs to chill on the picnic table. The porch upstairs is pretty big and they have nice captain chairs to watch the surf. The house has so many little things, like basic spices (we left what we brought as well) along with brand new pots/pans. The washer/dryer are full size front loaders. There are two bbq grills outside. We did have a small issue with the keypad to the front door, but the management company was super helpful and fast! All in all one of our favorite homes and if it is available for next year, we will definitely book it!
