Summary: We had an issue with a previous VRBO reservation (not connected with this owner / property manager)and we had to find a new villa with one days notice over New Year. The host was responsive and helped us the day before with the booking. Everything was ready for our arrival and we were met at the property.They assisted with booking trips and advice / reservations throughout our stay. The villa is very close to the airport - but that made it great for is. From the two roof terraces we could watch the small planes arriving and turn around and see the beautiful beach and ocean. It was a two minute walk to the famous beach bar by the airport. The villa was perfect - two pools, modern bedrooms, great bathroom and plenty of seating and also conditions. The bedrooms were great and most had beautiful ocean views. The outside of the property was great - with multiple sitting areas, two roof terraces and access right on to a private beach shared by just a couple of villas. Apart from sunset - we were the only ones on beach. I could not have had a better vacation.

Summary: Comfortable house, clean beach. House manager was easy to communicate with and attentive. We did encounter a few issues, but the house manager was quick to respond.
